What is BioRePeel?

BioRePeel CL₃ is a biostimulating, TCA-based chemical peel delivered in a two-phase formulation. The point of the two-phase design is that it lets a TCA peel act at depth while behaving very differently on the surface: it is largely frost-free, produces minimal visible peeling, and leaves essentially no social downtime. You are not hiding indoors for a week waiting for your face to stop flaking.

That single property is why BioRePeel exists as a distinct product rather than just another acid strength on the menu. Classic medium-depth peels buy their results with visible shedding — real results, but at a cost most people in Dubai cannot schedule around. BioRePeel is designed to give you a course of genuinely active peels that fits into a normal working week.

At our clinic it is used for skin texture, dullness, congestion, early fine lines, and acne-prone or oily skin — usually as a course rather than a one-off, because biostimulation is cumulative.

BioRePeel vs a classic medium-depth peel

Both are real chemical peels. They differ almost entirely in what the following week looks like.

BioRePeel CL₃

Active at depth, quiet on the surface

Two-phase TCA formulation. Largely frost-free, minimal visible peeling, essentially no social downtime. Built to be repeated as a course of about four sessions two weeks apart, so the benefit accumulates rather than arriving in one dramatic shed.

Classic medium-depth peel

Stronger single hit, visible recovery

Frosting, then several days of obvious flaking and redness during which most people avoid meetings and events. Still the right tool for some cases — which is exactly the judgement your consultation is for. See all our chemical peels →

What BioRePeel helps with

Rough, uneven texture

Texture

The most common reason people book it — skin that photographs and feels uneven rather than smooth.

Dullness and flat tone

Radiance

Tired, grey-looking skin that no longer catches light, whether from city living, sun or simply time.

Congestion and oily skin

Congestion

Suits oily and congested skin types where richer treatments would sit heavily on the skin.

Early fine lines

Fine lines

For the earliest surface lines, where a biostimulating course is a more proportionate answer than injectables.

Acne-prone skin

Acne-prone

Used within a wider plan for acne-prone skin, alongside deep cleansing facials where appropriate.

Skin you can’t take a week off for

No downtime

The whole design brief: an active peel course that does not force you out of your own diary.

Your BioRePeel session, step by step

Every course starts with assessment, not with product. What is on the trolley is decided after your skin has been read.

1

Assessment

Your skin type, history, pigmentation risk and current actives are reviewed before anything is applied.

2

Preparation

The skin is cleansed and prepared, and the treatment area is defined.

3

Two-phase application

The peel is applied and worked over the area. Most skins stay largely frost-free throughout.

4

Finish and aftercare

The skin is settled, SPF applied, and your home routine and next session date are set.

BioRePeel on Gulf and Middle Eastern skin

This section matters more than the price. Most of our patients are Fitzpatrick III to VI.

Richer skin tones respond beautifully to peels, but they also carry a higher risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation — dark marks that appear after inflammation settles and that can take months to fade. That risk is not a reason to avoid peels. It is a reason to be assessed by a physician rather than sold a peel by a spa.

Practically, this means three things at our clinic. Your skin is assessed before a peel is chosen, so the depth and the course suit your Fitzpatrick type rather than a standard protocol. Any active pigmentation is looked at first — see hyperpigmentation treatment if that is your main concern. And sun protection is treated as part of the treatment, not as a suggestion: strict daily SPF throughout the course and afterwards is the single biggest thing you control, in a city where the sun does not take a season off.

Is BioRePeel right for you?

Usually a good fit
  • Uneven texture, roughness or enlarged-looking pores
  • Dull, tired skin that has lost its glow
  • Congested or oily skin, including acne-prone skin
  • Early fine lines you would rather treat than inject
  • Anyone who cannot take visible downtime for work or events
Assess first
  • Active or recently active pigmentation
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Active skin infection, eczema or broken skin in the area
  • Recent isotretinoin, strong actives or other recent resurfacing
  • A history of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or keloid scarring

None of these are automatic refusals — they are reasons the decision belongs to a physician.

Where BioRePeel sits among our peels and resurfacing treatments

BioRePeel is a specific branded peel. It is not the whole peel menu, and it is not always the right answer.

If you are researching peels generally — which acid, which depth, what a peel actually does — start on our chemical peel in Dubai page. That is the category page covering the full range of peels we offer and how they are chosen. This page is the branded, specific one: it covers BioRePeel CL₃ only, so you can compare it against the alternatives rather than against a generic description.

Alongside peels, microneedling works mechanically rather than chemically and is often the better tool for acne scarring and deeper textural change, and the two are frequently sequenced within one plan. For pore appearance specifically, see large pores treatment. If you want to understand what can be added to a microneedling protocol and why, our guide to exosomes vs PDRN vs skin boosters is the honest comparison. And if your skin mainly needs decongesting and maintenance rather than resurfacing, a medical facial or a deep cleansing facial may be the more proportionate place to start.

Aftercare and results

Because BioRePeel is largely frost-free with minimal visible peeling, aftercare is about protecting the result rather than managing a recovery. Expect little to no visible shedding — some people notice slight dryness or a light sandpapery feel for a day or two, and that is usually the extent of it.

For the days following each session, pause active exfoliants and retinoids, skip saunas, steam rooms and hard sweating, and avoid direct sun. Wear a high-factor SPF every single day and reapply it — this matters more on Fitzpatrick III–VI skin than any product you could buy afterwards. Results build across the course rather than arriving after session one, which is why the standard plan is four sessions about two weeks apart, and why the course price exists.

Physician-designed, therapist-delivered

This is the part that separates a clinic from a salon offering the same branded peel.

Your BioRePeel protocol is designed by Dr Azra Vaziri, a DHA- and DOH-licensed aesthetic physician with more than twenty years of experience, and delivered by Maryam Siadat, a DHA-licensed beauty therapist with over five years in advanced skincare. The peel is the same product wherever you buy it. The assessment behind it, the decision about depth and course length on your particular skin type, and the plan for what happens if your skin reacts — those are not the same, and on Fitzpatrick III–VI skin they are the whole difference between a good outcome and a pigmentation problem.

Frequently asked questions

What is BioRePeel?

BioRePeel CL₃ is a biostimulating, TCA-based chemical peel delivered in a two-phase formulation. It is designed to act at depth while remaining largely frost-free on the surface, with minimal visible peeling and essentially no social downtime.

Does BioRePeel actually make you peel?

Usually very little. Despite the name, visible peeling is minimal for most people — some notice slight dryness or a light rough feel for a day or two. That is the main practical difference from a classic medium-depth peel.

How much is BioRePeel in Dubai?

BioRePeel CL₃ is AED 900 per session at Dr Azra Clinic, or AED 2,800 for a course of four sessions. Buy a microneedling or chemical peel package and you also get 50% off any facial package.

How many sessions do I need?

A typical course is four sessions spaced around two weeks apart. BioRePeel is biostimulating, so the benefit builds across the course rather than being delivered in one session.

Is BioRePeel safe for darker skin tones?

It can be very suitable for Fitzpatrick III–VI skin, which describes most of our patients, but those skin types carry a higher risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. That is why we insist on physician assessment before treatment and strict daily SPF throughout the course.

What does BioRePeel treat?

Texture, dullness, congestion, early fine lines, and acne-prone or oily skin. For acne scarring and deeper textural change, microneedling is often the better or complementary tool, and we will say so.

Is there any downtime?

Essentially no social downtime. Avoid actives, saunas, heavy sweating and direct sun for a few days after each session, and wear SPF daily.

Who performs BioRePeel at your clinic?

It is delivered by Maryam Siadat, a DHA-licensed beauty therapist with over five years in advanced skincare, following a protocol designed by Dr Azra Vaziri, a DHA- and DOH-licensed aesthetic physician with more than twenty years of experience.

How is BioRePeel different from your other chemical peels?

BioRePeel is one specific branded peel. Our chemical peel page covers the full range of peels and depths we offer and how the right one is chosen for your skin; this page covers BioRePeel CL₃ specifically so you can compare it directly against the alternatives.
