— After Your Treatment

Aftercare Guides — All 35

Every treatment at the clinic has its own recovery guide, written for the treatment you actually had — not a generic list. This page is the full index: 35 guides in six groups, plus an A–Z lookup if you know the name of your treatment but not which family it belongs to.
Each guide answers the same four questions: what is normal in the first hours, what to avoid and for how long, when you can wash, exercise, wear makeup and fly again, and the signs that mean you should contact us rather than wait. If you cannot find yours, message the clinic on WhatsApp and we will send it to you.

The same six groups the clinic uses. If you had an injectable, it is in the first three; if you had a facial, a peel or laser, look under Skin & Facials.

Injectables & Fillers

Botox, dermal filler and lip filler — the first 24 hours matter most.

Biostimulators

Collagen stimulators — including the massage schedule where one applies.

Regenerative

PRP, exosomes and polynucleotides — what helps the result settle.

Skin & Facials

Microneedling, peels, facials and laser — sun, skincare and when to resume actives.

Threads & Hair

Thread lifts and hair treatments — sleeping, washing and movement.

A–Z: every guide, and the treatment it belongs to

Left column opens the recovery guide. Right column goes back to the treatment itself — what it does, who it suits and what it costs.

When to contact the clinic

Whatever you had, the warning signs are the same. Small bumps, mild redness, tenderness and slight swelling in the first day or two are normal after most injectable and skin treatments, and your guide will say how long yours should last. Contact us promptly, though, if you notice increasing or spreading pain, significant or one-sided swelling, skin that turns pale, dusky or blotchy, blistering, a fever, or any sign of infection such as warmth and pus at a treated point. These are uncommon, but they should always be checked rather than waited out. Dr Azra and the team are here for you — message us any time on WhatsApp +971 50 180 1793.

Not sure your recovery is going to plan?
Send us a photo. Dr Azra would rather look at something harmless than have you worry about it for a week.
