Understanding NCTF

What is NCTF 135HA?

NCTF — New Cellular Treatment Factor — is a patented mesotherapy formula from FILLMED (the laboratory formerly known as Filorga), which also produces the ART FILLER dermal filler range. The 135HA version pairs free, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid with a polyrevitalising complex of 53 active ingredients: 12 vitamins, 23 amino acids, 6 minerals, 6 coenzymes, 5 nucleic acids and an antioxidant. Together they recreate the ideal physiological environment skin cells need to function and regenerate.

Rather than adding volume, NCTF performs polyrevitalisation — deeply nourishing and hydrating the skin to restore radiance, even tone, fine-line softening and a healthy glow. It can be delivered by fine micro-injections or in combination with microneedling.

The Science

How does NCTF work?

NCTF works by replenishing the skin’s physiological reserves. The free hyaluronic acid provides deep hydration, while the 53 actives nourish fibroblasts and improve cellular metabolism, supporting collagen production, antioxidant defence and microcirculation. The result is firmer, more luminous, better-hydrated skin that looks visibly healthier.

Consultation

Dr Azra assesses skin quality, hydration and tone and plans your course of NCTF sessions.

Micro-injection

NCTF is delivered with fine needles (or with microneedling) across the treatment area in about 20–30 minutes.

A short course

A course of 3–6 sessions, typically 2–3 weeks apart, builds the revitalising effect.

Glow & maintenance

Radiance and hydration improve through the course; periodic top-ups maintain the result.

Compare

NCTF vs classic mesotherapy vs skin boosters

NCTF is a premium, standardised mesotherapy cocktail. Compared with basic mesotherapy blends, it contains a far richer, fixed formula; compared with HA skin boosters like Profhilo it focuses on nutrient revitalisation and glow rather than structural bio-remodelling.

Evidence

What the science says

Mesotherapy with standardised polyrevitalising solutions like NCTF is widely used in aesthetic dermatology to improve skin hydration, radiance and quality. FILLMED’s NCTF complex is designed around the nutrients skin cells require, and clinical evaluations report improved hydration, luminosity and fine-line appearance after a course. Because the actives are physiological and the HA is naturally metabolised, the safety profile is strong when performed by a trained physician.

What to expect

Your NCTF session, results & aftercare

An NCTF session takes about 20–30 minutes. After numbing cream, Dr Azra delivers the solution either as a series of fine micro-injections (mesotherapy) or by passing it into the skin with microneedling for an even “glow” result. It is a comfortable treatment with minimal discomfort.

Mild redness, tiny injection marks or a slightly flushed look are normal immediately afterwards and usually settle within a few hours to a day. Skin often looks fresher and more hydrated within the first 1–2 weeks, with radiance, tone and fine-line improvement building across the course of sessions.

Aftercare: leave the skin make-up free for the rest of the day, avoid saunas, steam, heavy exercise and direct sun for 24–48 hours, use gentle skincare and a good SPF, and stay hydrated. NCTF works best as a course, so Dr Azra spaces sessions a couple of weeks apart and advises on maintenance to keep the glow.

FAQ

NCTF — frequently asked questions

What is NCTF 135HA?

NCTF is a FILLMED mesotherapy solution of 59 ingredients — hyaluronic acid plus 53 vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, nucleic acids and an antioxidant — micro-injected to revitalise, hydrate and brighten the skin.

What does NCTF treat?

Dull, tired, dehydrated skin, fine lines, uneven tone and loss of radiance. It improves overall skin quality and glow on the face, neck, décolletage, hands and scalp.

How many NCTF sessions do I need?

A course of 3–6 sessions every 2–3 weeks gives the best results, followed by periodic maintenance. Dr Azra tailors the number to your skin.

Is NCTF the same as mesotherapy?

NCTF is a premium, standardised mesotherapy cocktail. It contains a far richer, fixed 59-ingredient formula than typical mesotherapy blends.

NCTF vs Profhilo — what’s the difference?

NCTF focuses on nutrient revitalisation, hydration and glow; Profhilo is a high-concentration HA bio-remodeller for laxity and deep hydration. They can be complementary.

When will I see results?

Skin often looks fresher and more hydrated within 1–2 weeks, with radiance and quality continuing to improve across the course.

Does NCTF hurt and is there downtime?

Discomfort is minimal with numbing cream; downtime is minimal with possible tiny injection marks or mild redness that settle quickly.

Is NCTF safe?

Yes — its ingredients are physiological and the hyaluronic acid is naturally metabolised. Side effects are usually limited to temporary redness or small bruises when performed by a licensed physician.

Can NCTF be combined with microneedling?

Yes. NCTF is often paired with microneedling to enhance penetration and radiance, or used as a standalone mesotherapy.

How much does NCTF cost in Dubai?

NCTF with Dr Azra starts from AED 650 per session. As it works best as a course of 3–6 sessions, your full plan is confirmed at consultation.
