What is FillMed (ART FILLER)?
FILLMED is a French aesthetic laboratory whose ART FILLER range is a family of cross-linked hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers. They are built on TRI-HYAL technology — a blend of three molecular weights of hyaluronic acid — which gives high cohesivity and plasticity for smooth, natural movement and durable results.
The range spans different densities for different jobs: softer gels for fine lines and lips, firmer gels for cheek and jaw projection. Like all hyaluronic-acid fillers, FillMed restores volume and definition and is reversible if needed.
TRI-HYAL technology
Three HA molecular weights for cohesivity, plasticity and a natural, even result.
A range for every area
Lips, fine lines, nasolabial folds, cheeks, chin and jawline — the right density for each.
Immediate & reversible
Results are visible straight away, and hyaluronic acid can be dissolved if ever needed.
Doctor-led artistry
Natural balance depends on the injector — Dr Azra brings 20+ years of facial-aesthetics experience.
How do FillMed fillers work?
Hyaluronic acid is a natural sugar that binds water and gives skin and tissue their volume and bounce. A cross-linked HA filler like ART FILLER is placed in the deeper dermis or supraperiosteal plane to physically restore lost volume and structure and lift overlying tissue. Over time the HA is gradually and safely broken down by the body.
Consultation & facial assessment
Dr Azra maps volume loss and proportions and selects the right ART FILLER density and amount.
Comfortable injection
Filler (with built-in lidocaine) is placed with a fine needle or cannula in about 30 minutes.
Immediate result
Volume and contour are visible straight away, settling fully over 1–2 weeks.
Long-lasting
Results last 12–18 months depending on area and product; a top-up maintains them.
FillMed vs Juvederm vs Teosyal
All three are premium hyaluronic-acid filler ranges. The right choice depends on the area, the look you want and your tissue — Dr Azra often uses different brands for different jobs.

What the science says
Cross-linked hyaluronic-acid fillers are among the most studied aesthetic treatments, with decades of safety data for restoring volume and contour. FILLMED’s ART FILLER range is CE-marked and widely used in Europe, with TRI-HYAL technology designed for natural integration and durability. As with any filler, safety and a natural result depend heavily on the injector’s anatomical knowledge and technique — which is why filler at our clinics is performed only by Dr Azra Vaziri.

Your FillMed session, results & aftercare
A FillMed filler session takes about 30 minutes. After a facial assessment and numbing cream, Dr Azra places the ART FILLER gel — which contains lidocaine for comfort — with a fine needle or a blunt cannula, building volume and contour gradually and checking balance as she works.
Volume and definition are visible immediately. Mild swelling, tenderness or small bruises are common in the first few days and settle as the filler integrates; the final, natural result appears once any swelling resolves over 1–2 weeks. Hyaluronic-acid fillers like FillMed are reversible, which adds an important layer of safety.
Aftercare: avoid strenuous exercise, heat and alcohol for 24–48 hours, do not massage the area unless instructed, sleep slightly elevated for the first night, and avoid dental work or facials for two weeks. Dr Azra reviews the result and advises when a top-up will be due.
