The First 48 Hours After Either Treatment

Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning supplements such as fish oil and vitamin E for about 24 hours beforehand, and leave facials, peels, microneedling and laser for one to two weeks. Sleeping on your back for the first night or two helps.
