In Simple Terms

Lip filler in Dubai costs AED 600 to AED 1,600 per syringe (standard AED 700 to AED 1,800). Most patients need one syringe for natural enhancement, or two for fuller results. Syringes are used whole. Cost depends on the brand, volume and technique. Dr Azra provides exact pricing after assessing your lip anatomy and goals.

What the Price Covers

Every figure above is the price of one sealed syringe of product, used whole in a single session and never split between patients. Two things move the number: which gel is chosen, and how many syringes your result actually needs.

The assessment

Dr Azra measures lip proportion, the upper-to-lower ratio, philtrum height and the condition of the skin around the mouth before quoting. You leave the consultation with a plan and a figure rather than a range.

The product

Cost follows the gel. Lighter, softer gels sit at the bottom of the range; firmer lip-specific gels that hold shape for longer sit at the top. The brand table above gives the figure for each.

The number of syringes

Most first treatments use one syringe. A visibly fuller result usually needs two, and Dr Azra will often place those across two appointments rather than both at once.

The review

Results are judged once swelling has settled, at about two weeks. That is when a small asymmetry is corrected or a second syringe is discussed — not on treatment day, when the lips are still swollen.

Per syringe, not per ml

Clinics in Dubai quote lip filler in two different ways and the two are not interchangeable. A price quoted “per 1 ml” and a price quoted per syringe only match if that syringe actually holds 1 ml, and syringe volumes are not standardised across brands.

Before you compare a quote from another clinic against the table above, ask for two things in writing: the product name, and the volume of the syringe. If you have been quoted for 0.5 ml, check whether that is a smaller presentation or a syringe shared with someone else — here, syringes are used whole, one patient per syringe.

How Much Lip Filler Do You Need?

1 syringe — Subtle

Slight enhancement, natural result. Best for first-timers or patients adding definition without noticeable volume. Most conservative option.

1 syringe — Natural

The most popular volume. Noticeable improvement in shape, volume and symmetry while still looking natural. Dr Azra’s most common recommendation.

2 syringes — Fuller

Significant volume increase. Often spread over two sessions for gradual, controlled enhancement. Dr Azra builds volume conservatively over time.

Lip Injections, Lip Augmentation, Lip Enhancement

Patients pricing this treatment in Dubai use several different names for the same appointment. Lip injections, lip augmentation, lip enhancement and a “lip job” all normally mean hyaluronic acid filler placed into the lip, and all of them are priced from the same brand table above. The one real exception is the lip flip, which uses Botox rather than filler.

Lip injections & lip augmentation

Different words, one treatment, one per-syringe price. “Augmentation” tends to be used when the goal is more volume and “enhancement” when the goal is shape and definition.

Russian lips and other techniques

The Russian technique places the same hyaluronic acid gels vertically rather than horizontally.

It is a placement method, not a different product, so it is priced from the same table. Detail on the Russian lip filler Dubai page.

Lip flip (Botox)

The only lip treatment in the table that is not filler.

DetailsShow less

Botox relaxes the muscle above the upper lip so more of it shows. It adds no volume and lasts weeks rather than months, which is why it carries its own price. See lip flip Botox Dubai.

What an unusually low price can mean

A lip filler price well below the range above usually points to one of three things: an unbranded or unlicensed gel, a syringe split between patients or saved for a later session, or an injector who is not a doctor.

DetailsShow less

Ask which product is being used, ask to see the syringe opened, and check the injector’s DHA or DOH licence. Dr Azra holds both, and syringes are used whole — one patient per syringe. Confirm exactly what you are being offered at a consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does lip filler cost in Dubai?

Lip filler in Dubai typically costs AED 600 to AED 1,600 per syringe (standard AED 700 to AED 1,800) depending on the brand and volume used. Most patients need one syringe for natural enhancement, or two for fuller results. Syringes are used whole.

Which lip filler brand is best?

FillMed for the softest, most natural feel. Teosyal Kiss for volume with natural movement. Juvederm Ultra Smile for volume that holds its shape. Dr Azra selects based on your anatomy and goals.

How long does lip filler last?

6–12 months depending on product, metabolism and lifestyle. Touch-ups maintain results more cost-effectively than full treatments. Duration guide →

Is one syringe enough for first-time lip filler?

For most first-timers, one syringe provides a natural, noticeable enhancement. Dr Azra always starts conservatively — you can add more at a follow-up if desired. It’s easier to add than to remove.

What aftercare is needed after lip filler?

Avoid kissing, straws, and pressure on lips for 24 hours. Apply ice for swelling. Avoid exercise and heat for 48 hours. Swelling peaks at day 2–3 and settles within a week. See our complete filler aftercare guide. If results need adjustment, lip filler is fully reversible with hyaluronidase.

Can lip filler be combined with other treatments?

Yes. Lip filler pairs well with Botox for crow’s feet and lip flip, skin boosters for perioral hydration, and other filler areas like cheek or chin for overall facial harmony. Patients addressing fine lines around the mouth often combine lip filler with Profhilo or skin treatments for perioral skin quality.

What is the best age for lip filler?

There is no single best age. Younger patients (20s–30s) typically seek volume and shape enhancement. Patients in their 40s and beyond often want to restore volume lost with aging and improve lip border definition. See best filler for your age for guidance. For patients interested in broader facial rejuvenation, lip filler is part of a regenerative aesthetics approach.

How does lip filler compare to a lip flip?

Lip filler adds volume and shape using hyaluronic acid. A lip flip uses Botox to relax the muscle above the upper lip, causing it to roll slightly outward and show more lip. The lip flip adds no volume — it’s best for patients who want a subtle change. Many patients combine both. See our lip filler vs lip flip comparison for a detailed breakdown, or filler vs Botox for a broader comparison.

Which lip filler brand is most expensive?

Of the brands used here, Juvederm is at the top of the range, at AED 1,600 per syringe (standard AED 1,800); Aileene is the entry point, from AED 600. Syringes are used whole, and the brand is chosen for your lip anatomy and goals at consultation.

How much is 1 ml of lip filler in Dubai?

Dr Azra quotes per syringe rather than per millilitre, because syringe volumes are not standardised between brands. The per-syringe figures are in the table above. If another clinic has quoted you a price for 1 ml, ask for the product name and the syringe volume before comparing — a 1 ml quote and a per-syringe quote are only the same thing when the syringe holds 1 ml.

Can I have half a syringe of lip filler?

No. Syringes are used whole and are never split between patients or kept for a later session — once the sterile seal is broken the product is used. If you want a very subtle change, the answer is a lighter gel or a lip flip rather than 0.5 ml of filler.

Do lip injections and lip augmentation cost more than lip filler?

No — lip injections, lip augmentation and lip enhancement are all names for the same treatment, and pricing follows the product and the number of syringes rather than the term used. The lip flip is the exception: it uses Botox rather than filler and is priced separately.

I am travelling in from Abu Dhabi — how much does lip filler cost?

Prices are the same for patients travelling in from Abu Dhabi. Confirm your exact figure at consultation. Aftercare is covered in the lip filler aftercare guide.
