HArmonyCa Price — Cost Per Syringe & What’s Included

An HA filler at this clinic starts at AED 600 a syringe. HArmonyCa is four times that, and the honest reason is not branding.

You are buying two mechanisms, not one. An HA filler occupies space until the body clears it. HArmonyCa does that and leaves calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres behind as a scaffold for new type I collagen. The second half of what you pay for is tissue your own body makes over the following months.

It is an Allergan Aesthetics product. The same manufacturer as Juvederm and Botox, with the cost base that implies — and with lidocaine already formulated into the gel rather than mixed at the chairside.

The technique is longer. A hybrid injectable placed along lifting vectors with a cannula, in retrograde threads, with hand-moulding at the end of each pass, is a 30–40 minute procedure — not a five-minute top-up. The four-week review is part of the price, not an extra.

What it is not is a replacement for surgery. If your laxity is beyond what an injectable can hold, Dr Azra will say so at the consultation rather than sell you three syringes.

One syringe covers a typical session. The table below is what that syringe is usually spent on, and when a second is genuinely worth discussing. Nothing here replaces an assessment — it is here so you can walk in with a realistic number in your head.

Prices are “from” rates after the current discount and are confirmed at consultation. A Sculptra or AestheFill course of three sessions costs more in total than one HArmonyCa syringe — the right comparison is the plan, not the unit.

Everything below is part of the AED 2,500. There is no separate consultation fee for a patient going ahead, and no charge for the review.

This is the part that makes the per-syringe figure misleading in both directions. An HA filler at AED 1,600 is gone when it is gone. HArmonyCa leaves collagen behind — but if you judge it on day three, while it is still swollen, you have not seen what you paid for.

Probably yes if your lower face has started to descend — a softening jawline, early jowls, flattening cheeks — and you want both a change you can see now and a collagen result later. One session, one syringe, AED 2,500.

Probably not if what bothers you is lips, under-eyes or fine surface lines. HArmonyCa is not used in those areas at all, so the money is better spent on HA filler or a skin booster.

Worth pausing on if you want the strongest possible collagen result and can wait for it — a Sculptra course builds more collagen over a longer run, at the cost of two or three sessions and nothing visible for weeks.

Ask about surgery instead if the laxity is advanced. An injectable that cannot hold the weight is the most expensive treatment of all.
